Our collaborative team works directly with key client management throughout each project, and engage on a regular basis on key development milestones with regard to design and production deliverables and timelines.

Jody Tucker

Managing and Creative Director

Nothing creates a sense of accountability quite like having your own name on the front door.

Equally, no one does as tough an apprenticeship quite like a member of the family, and so Jody’s rites of passage have included formal design study qualifications, running his own freelance business, and establishing and managing Tucker Creative extensions in Asia and North America, as well initiating new company products and services in the areas of bespoke merchandising and production.

With full visibility and hands on involvement in all Tucker Creative initiatives from client pitch through to design and production management, Jody’s extensive experience sets the tone for the company’s core values and culture – celebrating creativity, originality and courage for design, strategy implementation and communication.

When not in his studio or in-market with clients, Jody enjoys all aspects of cooking, socialising and entertaining, keeping an eye on his favourite AFL team, perfecting his tennis serve and having a friendly yet competitive game of pool with friends.

Hoby Wedler

Sensory Innovation Director – USA

In 2017, Hoby co-founded Senspoint Design, a partner company of Tucker Creative, to help create a world that is inclusive and accessible to all.

In his work, you will find a unique trilogy between sensory awareness, scientific knowledge, and a love for sharing his insights. Hoby has been completely blind since birth and has achieved great success.

He is a PhD level scientist, food & beverage expert and a passionate explorer and innovator of sensory-driven design thinking. Hoby’s numerous initiatives were recognized in 2012 by former President Barack Obama when he was named a Champion of Change for enhancing employment and education opportunities for people with disabilities.

In 2016, Hoby was also named one of Forbes Media 30 under 30 in the food and drink category.

Justin Vallandingham

Operations and Technology Director – USA

As an experienced consultant and project manager, Justin does not stop short of providing pragmatic solutions to identified weak spots. For more than 10 years, Justin has proven his skills in a wide variety of established companies ranging from retailers to software firms, to the food & beverages sector. Here he has built, ran and optimized process designs such as eCommerce, Supply Chain and inventory management.

As a graduate of UC Davis with a BA in US History, he first addresses problems with a careful review of the status quo. He now brings his talents and passions together as one of the Partners and Technology & Operations Director of Senspoint and Tucker Creative.

Marianne Rice

Senior Creative Services Project Manager – USA

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Graphic Design from Cal Poly, CA.

With a passionate interest in packaging design, consumer goods and the wine industry, Marianne directs her talents into creative services management along with a keen and thorough attention to account and project management. Marianne's background in graphic design, art direction and overall creative experience brings value and focus to all stages of a project.

Often the ‘calm in the storm’, Marianne enjoys working with different clients – expertly gathering project details, managing the successful progression of deliverables, and feels a great sense of accomplishment when projects are delivered to a client’s satisfaction, on time and on budget.

Marianne grew up on the Central Coast of California, so loves spending time at the beach – especially in the company of family and Kaili, their rambunctious English Cream Golden Retriever.

Jose Ruiz

Business Development Manager

A career sales professional, world traveller, and enthusiastic generalist, Jose brings nearly 20 years of business-to-business sales expertise for premium and luxury brands to the Tucker Creative team. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, he is responsible for representing the business in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Burning professional passions include but are not limited to: visual communication, branding, and collaborating closely with clients to help clearly articulate goals and crush their business objectives.

A native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in History, in his spare time Jose enjoys fine wine, craft barbecue, old Toyota trucks and outdoor activities including hiking, cycling and snowboarding.

Ralph Burns

Business Development Manager

A career sales professional with an extensive background in growing and expanding brands across the North American landscape, Ralph brings over 25 years of B2B sales expertise to the Tucker Creative team. Based in Windsor, Ontario, he is responsible for representing the business in Canada & the Great Lakes States; Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, and Pennsylvania.

He is a dynamic and effective communicator with a documented history of large-scale account management, client engagement, and stakeholder negotiations within a wide range of cultures and global backgrounds. A hands-on producer of measured results that efficiently drive year-over-year revenue, Ralph bolsters value-added business partnerships and augments brand identity.

Ralph graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In his spare time, he is the President of his local Little League Baseball Club, an avid golfer, a sport fisherman, and an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for local wines and fine bourbons.

Barry Wyld

Sales & Strategy Director

Barry brings a wealth of sales, marketing and business development experience to the Tucker Creative team. With a background in large, corporate environments as well as family-owned Small / Medium Enterprises, his experience across all categories of the liquor and beverage industries enables him to provide valuable insights into sales and marketing strategies for our clients. The brand portfolios that he has worked on include everything from boutique and premium wines, to mainstream and luxury spirits as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Working on a national level as well as in export channels has given Barry an understanding of the unique challenges and intricacies of multiple markets. This has included presenting wines to trade and consumers at numerous international wine shows such as ProWein, VinExpo and the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Show. Within Tucker Creative, he applies these skill sets and his knowledge base to working alongside our clients to assist them in achieving their business objectives, a role he finds especially rewarding.

Outside of work, Barry is an avid traveller with some of his highlights being a visit to Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian–Argentinian border, and more recently driving a go-kart through the streets of Tokyo. He also enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends while enjoying a glass or two of quality Australian wine or making cocktails.

Andrew Gibki

Design Director and Digital Lead

Andrew Gibki is an experienced graphic designer and art director with more than fifteen years experience in the design industry; supporting his already extensive capabilities in print, packaging, web, mobile and social delivery platforms.

A passion for delivering visually engaging and compelling solutions provides Andrew the ability to extend his skills in graphic design towards strategic thinking and communication. The result is critical thinking which allows Andrew to deliver structure and meaning within complicated and nuanced projects, thereby augmenting benefit and value to clients.

Andrew brings this multidimensional skill set to the team at Tucker Creative, and enjoys working on a wide range of projects from small SME executions through to big, campaignable ideas.

Along with a keen interest in food, wine and music, Andrew is also an accomplished Argentine Tango dancer and instructor. Great passion, operating under control and instinct…

Jordan Koutroumanidis

Senior Designer

Jordan’s strong retail, graphic design and digital expertise has been showcased on many accounts including all aspects of brand development, promotion, marketing and packaging.

He has worked on briefs that require exposure across online, outdoor, print, video and packaging among other mediums. With an extensive knowledge of digital design and communication, Jordan enjoys working alongside clients and colleagues from start to finish.

His ability to listen, welcoming the opinions of stakeholders with an open mind, contributes to the best possible outcomes for our clients with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.

Rosalind Lewis

Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator

Rosalind writes compelling, effective copy for brands, and creates content tied with communications strategies. Working closely with the Tucker Creative team, Ros assists marketing efforts and design capability for a range of clients. Expanding the team’s expertise, she also engages in market research, identifying key trends in export markets to assess opportunities.

Ros is currently studying a double degree of Law and Commerce (Marketing) at the University of Adelaide, bringing a unique perspective to marketing operations.

One of her big accomplishments was winning the University of Adelaide ‘Young Marketers Challenge 2021,’ in which she created a hypothetical marketing strategy for Starbucks to re-enter the South Australian market.

Outside of her work and studies, Ros enjoys yoga, reading, and baking, once winning a prize for her apple cake when she was 11 years old. She loves socialising and spending time with her friends and family, regularly exploring the wonderful restaurants Adelaide has to offer.

Sebastian Tucker

Content Creator / Marketing Assistant

Seb creates tailored content and copy for campaigns, social media and websites. His experience in managing digital advertising through Google, Facebook, and Instagram, in addition to writing effective content for SEO, results in increased visitation and customer engagement.

Seb is midway through his studies, focusing his efforts on Linguistics and Anthropology, and combines his knack for research on a variety of topics, adeptly analysing and then applying his findings to convey complex information. Accomplishments include placing Top 10 in the BlueCat Screenplay Competition, TV Pilot category. With a personal interest in writing for screen and media, he enjoys watching a range of television series, with his favourite being Community, but he also enjoys many different genres including sci-fi, comedy and anime. Another of his motivating interests is powerlifting, and the science surrounding it, nutrition, biomechanics and physiology.

Seb has a passion for language, the emotion and ideas one can convey through it can inspire, entice, even possess a person. People are nowadays bombarded with colour and fast moving video, and as a result Seb strives to provide clients and their customers with not just a bold, effective headline but a properly worded story; an experience.

Joseph Salcedo Storer

Marketing Assistant and Content Creator

With a flair for words and language, Joseph’s expertise lies in short and long form copywriting. He also dips his toes into visual mediums with skills in graphic design, photography, and video production.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Adelaide, he draws insight from a broad range of subjects. Joseph is a graduate of The Award School, a course hosted by several prominent advertising and creative agencies imparting their wisdom and cultivating the ability to turn inner creativity into action.

Joseph’s background in the performing arts, which includes stage productions, stand-up comedy, and spoken word poetry, has taught him that meaning comes not just from what you say, but how you say it. In his personal time, you’ll find him playing board games and pinball, bouldering, reading, or going down numerous internet rabbit holes.

Kerry Lin 林彦廷

Marketing Executive 市场营销专员

Kerry is completing his Masters Degree in Wine Business at the University of Adelaide, and has previously accomplished a Degree of Hospitality Management in Switzerland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Taiwan.

Through his extensive studies and a healthy passion for wine and travel, Kerry brings a unique perspective to the Tucker Creative team.

Kerry applies a broad knowledge of wines to blind tastings and enjoys discussing the industry with wine professionals. With additional experience ranging from time in the MICE industry to managing sales & marketing in a luxury hotel, Kerry aids Tucker Creative deliver in-depth wine industry market research to their clients from the perspective of different cultural backgrounds along with proficient and effective Chinese language translation capabilities.

Gary Anderson

Marketing Strategist

Gary is a strategic marketer, working as a strategist, consultant, creative thinker and business developer.

He has consulted and implemented strategy, campaigning and business development in varied industries – wine, manufacturing, service, health, education, music, video, FMCG, and quality homeware products.

With his associates, Gary develops digital and web marketing plans.

Gary has a clear understanding of markets, and how they operate, and specialises in route to market and channel development.

As a skilled negotiator and facilitator, Gary has the ability to work and develop teams to achieve their marketing potential in line with their company goals and objectives.

Gary’s specialities are strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, planning and implementation, market understanding, marketing planning and implementation, business consultancy, project management and brand creation and management.

Cory Carr

Business Development, Packaging & Production Specialist - NZ

Cory delivers insightful solutions for development, packaging, and production needs for businesses across New Zealand. From his extensive experience, particularly within the alcoholic beverage industry, he has created emotionally resonant and impactful work across traditional and digital mediums.

Combining creative flourish with practical considerations, he is proficient in both seamless project management, and producing deliverables on brief, on brand, and on budget.

As a flexible and organised designer and coordinator, his interdisciplinary approach enables wine and spirit businesses to command attention and scale organically. He is committed to making a positive impact through his work, striving for sustainability and mindfulness across all his projects.

Throughout the warmer months you’ll find him tending to the veggie garden or exploring nature in and around Christchurch. Over the winter he prefers to settle in with a good book, movie, or Xbox game.

Jo Curry

Finance Manager

Jo’s experience in finance and administration commands a broad range of applications, covering fashion through to building and construction, and taking in creative, retail and software development along the way!

The constant has been small, ambitious business innovators looking for a level of detail in accounting and finance that relies equally on good management as it does consistent, clear communication.

Jo’s professional experience, personality and emotional intelligence underpins this approach, and ensures that strong financial discipline and foresight is always at the heart of Tucker Creative’s business.

When not at work, Jo enjoys active lifestyle pursuits such as hiking, pilates and yoga, while also leaving time for entertaining, cooking and the all-important conversational glass of wine.
